Monarch Liberty Hospitality, was founded by Sumit Govind Sharma in the year 2022. In a short span of 4 years, we have launched some successful restaurants in Mumbai such as - EVE, Que Sera Sera, TAT and Sorena.
At Monarch Liberty Hospitality, we aim to offer great quality food and an even greater dining experience to all our guests. From the chefs we collaborate with to the ingredients we source to food we serve to the spaces we create, everything is done with precision and thought.

Sumit has been an entrepreneur for many years, building businesses with a sharp eye for growth and customer needs. His foray into food and hospitality came later, bringing together his love for experiences and his entrepreneurial drive. Today, he leads Monarch Liberty Hospitality with a focus on creating unique culinary experiences and diverse dining concepts.

With over 3 decades in India’s hospitality and F&B industry, Kersi Marker brings deep expertise in building and scaling successful brands. He has led operations, marketing, and growth at Bastian Hospitality, EHV International, and Massive Restaurants, and helped introduce global names like Hard Rock Café, Ping Pong and Pizza Hut to India.
